My Weight

Never in my life did I ever think I would have a weight issue. I always thought I would be a skinny person for the rest of my life. You know that was my plan.

My plan

Was to do the following every day:

  • Ran
  • Exercise
  • Stay healthy
  • Stretch
    • Yes, my karate coach said that stretching is the best thing for the body.

Nothing too hard, I have been doing it for most of my life so I can continue. Won’t be hard.

Yea Right

Yea, as soon as football was over my senior year. I stopped

  • Running
  • Exercising daily
  • Stopped stretching

The staying healthy thing was pretty normal, I worked in a receiving department and I was always busy and staying on my feet. I guess you can say that is part of exercising.  I stopped riding my bike. I would ride my bike about 10 -15 miles 3 times a week. But why continue.

Put the weight on

So how did I put on the weight? That is a story in itself. I put a YouTube video out about this topic.  After the video, please continue to read or finish reading then watch the video.

What can I do

I have often sat and thought to myself if I did the following:

  • Get up and work out
    • Brought a gym pass
  • Go walking in the morning
  • Eat better
    • Eat more healthy not so much fast food
      • I wasn’t working graves anymore
      • Easier said than done
  • Get more sleep
    • HAHA, that is funny.
  • Be happier
    • Depression sucks big time
    • Self-confidence was at a low, I mean lower than I have ever been.
      • Which meant that I ate more and more and didn’t really give a crap.

With that did I do anything to help my situation out?
