Before the college football season begins, you need some rankings so you can focus on improving.
2023
I was this on social media when it was announced that 4 schools were coming to the Big 12 from the Pac 12.
2024
The Big 12 lost two teams at the end of the last season. Texas and Oklahoma went to the SEC. This year, 4 new teams joined the Big 12. They are
- Arizona
- Arizona St.
- Colorado
- Utah Utes
They all come from the Pac-12, which I guess wasn’t that big of a Power 5 conference.

Here are the rankings for the 2024 Football Season.

Thoughts
I get that Utah is a good team, but are they that good? I mean, BYU beat five Pac-12 teams in 2021. But Utah is the top dog in the pre-season rankings. How long will they last? Hopefully, they will lose a few games.
BYU is ranked 13th out of 16 teams. You can most likely rise in the polls, but that is all about the game and how well you prepare for it.
It shall be a good year of football.
