This is a great snack to eat while watching football or any sport or if you have a get-together.
The Dip
There are several different ways to make it. Some people don’t like to use chicken from a can, but some do. Some people like blue cheese crumble, and some don’t. I like it a certain way and constantly change it to my liking.
Ingredients
I do mine in the crock pot; you can do this in the oven. But I will stick with the crock pot and let it cook all day.
- 2 cups of chicken
- 1/2 Cup of Frank red hot sauce
- 1/2 cup of Ranch dressing
- 1 package of cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of low-fat cheddar cheese
Directions
Combine everything into a bowl. I usually put it all in the crock pot and stir it up. Let it cook on high for a couple of hours or low for 4 hours.
Serve with chips or crackers.
Carnivore Diet
Is this carnivore-friendly? Yes, it is. The chicken, hot sauce, and cream cheese are friendly, but the ranch and Greek yogurt aren’t.
You can eat this with Pork Rhine if you wish.
Taste
This dip offers two different tastes. They are similar in taste but slightly different.
First taste
It isn’t that bad when you have this with the Pork Rinses. It was just a different taste from what I was used to.
Second taste
This was with chicken in a Biskit, which is now the taste I am accustomed to. But chicken in a Bisket isn’t that carnivore-friendly.
I ate a lot of the dip with the pork rinds because my wife took the chicken in a Biskit, but it was good.
Thoughts
I love this stuff, and I eat it all the time. It is pretty easy to make. Still, if you would like, throw it in the oven for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees. But this is a simple and good dip to share.
