Peach Cobbler

One of my staples growing up. It was so good. I guess when it is made by your mother it is always good.

Peach Cobbler

This is an easy recipe to make in the crockpot. It consists of 4 ingredients.

Ingredients

  1. One white cake mix
  2. One can of peaches in heavy syrup
    1. I did a 29oz can
    2. You can add a smaller can if you want to ensure it isn’t in heavy syrup.
  3. Cinnamon
    1. Just to your desired taste
  4. One stick of butter

Directions

  1. Open peaches and put in first
  2. Sprinkle Cinnamon on top
  3. Put white cake mix on top and smooth it out.
  4. DO NOT STIR
  5. Cut up butter and place on top
  6. Put in crockpot
  7. Cook on High for 2 hours or so, depending on the crockpot, or low for 4 to 5 hours.
  8. Check the middle to see if it is done cooking.

Eat and enjoy.

You can also add ice cream and whipping cream.

Thoughts

I have loved this since I was a kid. My mom made this for me all the time. Maybe I was the favorite child. I don’t know. But this was a staple for the family. She cooked it in the oven. Maybe I will try that later. But enjoy the food.
