The past two weeks have been a challenge for me in the terms of weight loss. I thought I was doing good but, in reality, I wasn’t doing good.
Weight loss
This week in the weight loss journey, I maintained my weight at 302. Yes, I have been 304 and I have been 301, but the average is 302. I know it is not that big of news.
Justin stayed at 302… Not so breaking news.
Exercise
I have walked a few times, those walks have been over 2 miles. That is a plus. I need to do a better job at doing this. I brought something that I am thinking will help me out.
Food/Diet
My diet hasn’t been the best these past 2 weeks. Here is a breakdown of what I ate
- Eggs
- Waffles
- Frosted Flakes
- Box of Mike and Ike’s
- Half a bag of chips
- A Texas Doughnut
- A foot doughnut
- 2 bottles of Chocolate milk.
- Salads
- Roast beef
- Café Rio
- Pork Salad
- In-n-Out
- Shakes

Overall
This week has been a rough one for me. I have struggled with my food intake, I haven’t eaten that healthy this week. Hopefully, I will get my act together and start doing things seriously
