Weight Loss Update 13

I have had some time to think about what I want to do when it comes to my weight loss.  What is it? Well, read on.

What is the plan

The plan is to lose the focus on weight loss ’cause if I just plan on a number then it will never happen because then I get discouraged and depressed and then I just eat more and more and more. So I decided to do a home tire health thing now it’s all about me feeling better about myself, and that is the goal is to be more healthy yes losing weight is considered the more healthy but it is not the only one out there.

For the next few months, I’m going to focus on being healthy. That means I’m going to have to keep track of everything I eat which is a pain in the butt. That will help me focus on becoming more and more healthy in my life.

More Healthy

Yes, more healthy it’s a better way to go about it ’cause if you just focus on the number then you will never be the healthiest you can be so with that being said let’s jump into my weight loss for the last time well OK not the last time but I won’t focus on everything that has to do with numbers yes I still tell you how much I weigh but that’s not the whole point of me kickstarting my health.

My weight

When I weighed myself on Sunday morning, Jan. 23, 2022. I was at 306. Yes,  I am down 4 pounds since the last update and that is pretty good. It will only go down from here. Not up!! But, down.

Food

I’m not going to talk about food anymore, because what I eat it’s about what I do with the food I eat. Yes, I’m going to track my calories and I’m gonna stay within a certain amount of calories, and I can’t eat over that in a given day but also it has to do with a lot of exercising as well. I can eat the food I want as long as it stays within the calories I am allowing myself to eat. I’m not gonna go out and get Chinese and hamburgers and stuff like that all the time. I have got to figure out what’s best for me and go forward with that so I’ll update you on the types of food I’m eating and if that is helping me more healthy as a person.

Exercise

Lately, I haven’t been a big fan of exercise mainly because it takes time. I just didn’t wanna give that time to go exercise I would rather sit and do nothing. When I was a younger kid I loved exercise I even would jump on my bike when I was a teenager and ride five or six miles any given time I would exercise all the time to try to stay healthy and skinny. But as time goes on I just realized I don’t want to exercise. I don’t want to go to the gym. I don’t want people looking at me and judging me for how big I am plus I have a bad heart and I don’t want to push myself too hard and pass out at the gym that would be embarrassing. So that’s why I just want to do the exercising at home moderately so I can preserve my dignity. One day I might be back at the gym but for now I’m not coming.

But for now, I’m just going to stick to walking every day. I will be working on the Bowflex four to five times a week.
