The last game of the season is upon us. So, what does this game mean?


For BYU, winning this game means that they are going bowling and becoming bowl-eligible if they win.

For Oklahoma St., winning this game means that they will face Texas in the Big 12 championship game in AT&T stadium.

It should be a good game.

The Game

It took place in Stillwater, Oklahoma, on a rainy day. Let’s talk the game. Oklahoma St will be known as OSU.

1st Half

OSU went down the field, and BYU held them in the red zone. They kicked a field goal to go up by 3


BYU got the ball, and on the second play, there was a fumble. OSU recovered on the BYU 19. However, BYU held them again on the 2-yard line, and they kicked a field goal.


BYU finally woke up and went down and scored a TD


After that, it was all BYU, and at half time it was


The game was looking good for BYU. They were up big time against the 19th-ranked OSU Cowboys.

2nd Half

It appeared that BYU didn’t come back out after halftime. OSU came down and scored 14 21 points to go up by 3. BYU blocked the extra point. This made the score.


BYU had 54 seconds left, and they were able to drive down the field and kick a field goal to tie it up



BYU and OSU both scored in the first overtime that made it


2nd Overtime

OSU scored, but BYU stopped the 2-point conversion. BYU came out and was driving from the 20. They had the ball stripped, and OSU recovered it.



BYU came out to play. Yes, it was a slow start, but they came to make a point. However, that point fell short in overtime.

It was a good game; BYU showed people what it was all about. The BYU of old. It was televised on ABC at 1:30 MST, which made it pleasant that they got a prime spot on the last Saturday of the month.
