Pork, the other white meat. I think that is the saying, but I could be wrong.

What I cook
For the pork version of the carnivore diet, I cook the following
- Pork Chops
- Pork Ribs
- Pork Stew Meat
This is all I cook for this portion of the diet.
Stew Meat
I picked up the following:
I got this from my local Sam’s Club, and it weighed 3.72 lbs. I cooked it in the Crock Pot.
I added some spices to this. All the spices had 0 carbs and 0 sugars.
This was pretty good, and it fed me for a few days.
Pork Chops
I picked some up from Smith’s, located near where I live.
I cooked these on the grill or on the stovetop. They are pretty good. I like Pork Chops.
Pork Ribs
I picked up a pack from Costco but didn’t get a picture of the package. But there are a lot of ribs in this package.
I usually cook these in the crock pot and smother them in BBQ sauce. But I cannot eat BBQ because it contains sugar and carbohydrates.
Here is what it looks like
I just made sure it was cooked all the way through.
Thoughts
Since I am the only one to eat pork on this diet, I have had enough pork for the last two weeks to last a while. But I will eat pork more often as it is good for you. Only wish I could have like BBQ sauce.
