Happy Thanksgiving (or Thursday) – A Message About Gratitude

The month is November, the date is the 27th, and the day is Thursday. Well, if you live in the USA, that means it is Thanksgiving time.

Thanksgiving is all about being Thankful for what you have. I am thankful for each one of you.

Life does

Move fast now that I am getting older. It just seems like I was celebrating a depressed Thanksgiving since I was out of a job. But you know what. I was thankful for everything I did have, and that is all that matters.

Now fast forward to this year. I am thankful for everything I have. Yes, I have a job. But don’t close your eyes for too long. Because when you open them, it could be 2028.

In the words of the great philosopher Ferris Bueller:

“Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it,” and “Because life is too beautiful a thing to waste.”
