It has been two weeks since the last weight loss post and the progress I am achieving or not achieving.
Weight Loss
I have been hovering around 303. So that is good in my eyes. But, it is just a number right. Hopefully, it will be going down.
Eating
I was going to do a breakdown of what I ate during the past week and, that would have been so boring and just take up a whole hell of a lot of space. I ate the following:
- Breakfast
- Eggs
- Everyday
- Some Protein waffles.
- Strawberry/banana smoothie
- Green smoothie
- Eggs
- Lunch
- Corn on the cob
- Salads
- Navajo Tacos
- Dinner
- Nothing much
- Navajo Taco
I try not to eat at night.
Exercising
This is what I did these past 2 weeks, I have walked more than 5,000 steps every day. But I never did go walking. It is just too darn early.
If only I could walk every morning, oh hell, if I could just do this 3 times a week it will help that number go down.
