Back on August 26, 2021, I went into the Dr. office for my check up on my diabetic blood levels.
As this day approached I didn’t really want to go. I have been eating like crap. I mean really like crap.
- M and M’s
- Candy bars
- Candy in general
- I mean a lot of it
- Oh Yea, and doughnuts
So I am not looking forward to this visit.
I went in and got my blood work down and, other things done. Waited in the room. The Dr. came in and looked at me. I couldn’t see if she was smiling or not due to that dang mask. Then she said that she is so proud of me.
So that is good news.
My numbers went down from 6.3 to 5.7. I was just shocked as you are while you are reading this.
You might be thinking why did this go down when you eat like crap. That is a good question, I would like to know myself. However, I have been exercising and working in my yard this summer. So I am thinking that helped out.
Yes, I need to eat better, I am snacker especially when I am at my desk working on my computer for 8 to 12 hours a day. Something I am working on, not the working part, but the snacking part. SO I am doing good, at least in that area.
