Part 9 of my weight loss journey

This is a day late and some weight gained. That doesn’t sound good. Well, let’s find out.

Loss

My goal was to be under 300, I didn’t quite reach that goal. I was at 303. CRAP, what the heck happened.

Work out

Yea, my workouts weren’t every day like they should be happening. But, at least they are happening. For the next two weeks as Thanksgiving is coming up. My favorite time of the year.

Food

I have an issue and that issue is food. I love to snack. Like I have said before I am a snacker. I just like to snack and eat everything.

I tried to not eat out. How did that go for me?  Well, let’s see how did I do on that front.

Ate out at the Olive Garden, Wendy’s had a McRib sandwich, a shake, and a lot of sugar. Like M&M’s, Halloween candy.

Goal

The same goal I have had ant that Is to be under 300 in the next 2 weeks. But is this doable due to Thanksgiving coming up? Yes, that is my goal, I know I can do it.  I just got to watch what I eat and exercise more often.

My Thoughts

It was a rough couple of weeks for me. I love this time of year, but it is also is my hardest part of the year. Depression is real and I love to eat. But I will need to do better. I have to learn how moderate my eating.
