Health Update #2

How is my health doing? What did the last 2 weeks do for me? Let’s find out.

Food

The hardest part of this new health thing I am doing. I started to eat more whole foods. Which consists of

  • Eggs for Breakfast
  • Salad with Chicken or some type of meat for lunch
  • Some type of Meat and some cauliflower rice for dinner

I need to have between 165 to 200 grams of protein a day. Some days it is hard to get this done every day. Some days it isn’t hard at all.

I do have some Fairlife protein shakes throughout the day or some other sort of Protein shakes.

Health

My overall health is getting better. I workout 6 days a week with cardio and weights and I see that I feel better. My waist is going down. I feel better and I am somewhat happier. But the weight is not moving at all. I ask myself what the hell is going on? I can’t figure it out. I should be dropping at least 2 lbs a week, but I am not doing that.

I will be talking to my doctor this week. Hopefully, we can figure out what is going on.
