The past 2 weeks have been a bunch of ups and downs for me. It is getting pretty frustrating.
The overall health is doing better. I am feeling pretty good about myself. I am eating a lot better. I am not craving all the stuff I once did. I can pass up the candy in the store or the cookies at people’s houses. Grab me some fruit or something healthy.
The lowest my weight has got is 291 and that is pretty damn good if you ask me since I haven’t been that weight in a long time, however, it is now back up to 294.
Works but I just need to push that cardio a bit better and follow the food plan better.
