Mini Stress Test

On Dec. 2, 2019, I had a Dr. appointment to talk about my diabetes issue, I was pre-diabetic with my levels getting higher. I think I was like an 8.5ish or even 9. That was the AC1 score, I mean I wasn’t surprised.

Surprised

No, I wasn’t surprised about the levels, I mean I eat like crap. I love my candy. (like I talked about here.

  • M&M’s
  • Hot Tamales
  • Mike and Ickes
  • Candy Bars
  • Soda/ Pop you know like
    • Coke
    • Root beer
    • And so forth

Runs in the family

My mom and dad both developed diabetes, my grandfather was one. So it was only time that I would be one. I will be talking about this in my weight entries in the future.

Mini Stress test

We talked about a lot of things during this doctor’s visit and we talked about losing weight. Yes, I was a bit overweight. Not just a bit. But we talked about me losing the weight and I asked if my heart can handle it. So we run a small stress test. I had to take off my shirt, and I am very self-conscious about that due to being really overweight, but I did that and she found something that might be wrong, so I need to go have a regular stress test.

Great

But that is what I wanted to do. I am taking my first steps to become more and more healthy and lose weight. You know being overweight is bad for you as it puts a lot of stress on your body. Not only the heart but your lungs, your legs, your feet,  your self-esteem.

Next steps

So what is next? Well, it is a bigger stress test and that was scheduled for Dec. 17, 2019, at 7 AM. You know since I work at 10 AM. Gave me time to do this test.
