Hamburgers, Episode 15

The Fourth of July has come and gone. This holiday is an excellent opportunity to grill, and that is what we are going to talk about today.

Hamburgers

With my current diet, we only eat meat, so this will be a good thing. I am just grilling up a couple of hamburgers. I just seasoned these up with the following:

  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chili lime
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Red Franks hot sauce

You throw them on the grill and let them cook for 6 to 7 minutes on each side, ensuring they reach the correct temperature.

Usually, I would put the burger on the following:

  • Bun
  • Tomato
  • Lettuce
  • Onion
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Mayo.

You know the good stuff. At this moment, I am only putting mustard on it.

Brats

I normally cook hot dogs, but I also cook brats. I just put them on the grill and let them cook. It all depends on how you want them done. I cooked mine a little bit longer, but that is OK. They were still good.

Thoughts

I enjoyed the meal. I sat outside and ate. The food was good, but it was a little on the burnt side. But it was good, and it filled me up. This is always a good meal.
