Nuclear Test

Jan. 2, 2020, I was back at the heat test place at 7 AM. Yes, 7 AM. It is going to be a long test and I will be late to work. I know the first day of work in the new year. Starting great for the new year. Not really.

Lobby

I got there and sat in the lobby for about 30 minutes, while I signed some papers due to their type of test. It was like signing my life away. That got me thinking what did I get myself into.

I looked around the lobby and not to be rude, but I was the youngest one there. Great, I have an issue that older people only have. That really didn’t help me with my thoughts.

The Test

They brought me into a room and explained what type of test I will be doing and I was thinking great, I will be like spiderman. Wait, Justin why will you be like Spider-Man? Well, he was bitten by a radioactive spider which turned him into Spider-Man. Well, when they brought in the liquid they were going to inject it in me.

They came in in a radioactive suit and pulled out a needle, a big needle, out of a radioactive case.

I was thinking what the hell am I doing.

Over the next couple of hours, I went back and forth from the lobby to a room where I had to lay down perfectly still for like 15 min. It was cold and uncomfortable.

At a point I just wanted to go to sleep, but, couldn’t do that either.

Overall

So I didn’t turn into an X-Men or Spider-Man, I was just injected with some weird stuff to look at my heart. Wouldn’t that kill me? Nope, I am still around. See what I had to say about it in my video.
