Weight Loss, Part 4

The past two weeks have been a challenge for me in the terms of weight loss.  I knew that my weight wouldn’t be where I want to be. It was a hard 2 weeks.

Weight loss

I got down to 300, but then I ended up at 306 for the last 2 weeks. Now I am not completely surprised by that number. Let me tell you why.

Exercise

I did get up and walk 8 of the 10 mornings I had planned on doing it. It was a nice thing to get down. I achieve my 10,000 steps for most of the days. Yes, it wasn’t every day. But it was close to it.

Food/Diet

My diet hasn’t been the best these past 2 weeks. Here is a breakdown of what I ate

  • Eggs
  • Waffles
  • Tropical Café
  • Brick Oven
  • Panda Express
    • Comfort food for my son, who broke up with his girlfriend the night before
  • True Religion
    • Breakfast food
  • Hot Tamales, A box
  • A bag of Twizzlers
  • And more bad food.

Overall

This week has been a rough one for me. I have struggled with my food intake, I haven’t eaten that healthy this week. Hopefully, I will get my act together and start doing things seriously.

I need to stop eating out, but you do what you need to do right. The next two weeks well that will be a test for me.  Since I will be on the road and the food options will be tempting.
