The past two weeks have been a challenge for me in the terms of weight loss. I didn’t snack all day while I was in Lake Powell. But, still, I gained weight.
This month has been a rocky one on the weight loss front. Vacations and weight loss don’t mix. When I weighed myself on Saturday, Oct. 2, 2021, I was at 309 yea not what I wanted to see.
I did get over 10,000 steps and that is a good thing, due to the fact that I was in lake Powell for 4 1/2 days. Which is good. That is my goal.
Ate OK until Lake Powell. I didn’t snack while there, but I did eat a good portion of the meals. I overate at some of the meals. A lot of food I was hungry. Not sure if it was the sun or what. I did have like 5 sodas one day. That is bad.
So my diet didn’t really happen. But this is a work in process.
I don’t know if I am just stalled, depressed, or what. I thought the weight would just be falling off, but it isn’t I have got to figure this out.
