Between Nov. 29, 2021, and Dec. 11, 2021, I have put on some weight and then lose some weight. Did I make the 2 goals I was shooting for?
Loss
My goal was to be under 300, Has been my goal for a while now and I am still above that. Yes, I am still above that 300lb mark. I am at 304. I did go up to 307, but down to 304.
Work out
My back is getting better, it isn’t in constant pain and I am not having spasms like I used to. So yea my workouts aren’t happening. Now that winter has arrived, it will be harder for me to walk outside.
Food
The past 2 weeks it has been a good 2 weeks and I thought I would break that 300 barrier, but as you can see above I didn’t get my weight below that. I didn’t use my kitchen that much. I failed at not eating out as well. I ate out at
- McDonalds
- Wendy’s
- Barry’s
- A local place
- Cheesecake Factory
- Super Chick
- Dominos
I can make up all the excuses I want, but the fact is I need to coke more often. Despite how busy I am.
Goal
The same goal I have had ant that Is to be under 300 in the next 2 weeks. Now that Thanksgiving is behind me I won’t be eating a lot of food. My goal is not to eat out that often. I do have a couple of Christmas parties I am going to.
My Thoughts
All I can do is to keep trying. My next weight loss post will be on Jan. 8, 2022. I have some other videos planned for the holiday season
