Diabetes

I decided to go in and see what was going on with me. Something was happening and I didn’t know what it was. I was feeling horrible, I was dizzy, and I was always tired. Well, more than I have been. I think we need to read about it.

Stressful

Like I mentioned in the previous post I talked about the stress that I was under and that meant for me is food and junk food to help ease the stress. It only caused more issues for me. Yea and it wasn’t that good at all. Here is a sample of what I was eating all the time when it came to junk food.

Diabetes

Yes, that “D” word you don’t want to hear. But, I knew that I would get it at some point in my life. I wasn’t surprised. I drank a lot of soda, pop, whatever you want to call it. I ate a lot of candy, that sugar is a good thing, right. (not really) My family has had a history of diabetes, that is why I wasn’t surprised by that result. I have some thinking I have to do to get my AC1 down to below a 7. I can’t recall what it was at, I do believe it was over 8.5 and under 10. I can’t find the paper that my doctor had written on. I did just drink a root beer, but that wouldn’t have mattered.

What can I do

I was talking to my Dr. and I asked her if my heart could handle me working out. I had planned to work out like I was 20 years younger. You know work and work and just wanted to make sure that my heart was up to it. You know since I was way overweight. Something to get me back into shape. Since I was having all these issues, I just wanted to make sure that I wasn’t going to be six feet under.

Here is what I had to say out on YouTube
