Part 5 of Weight Loss

These past 2 weeks have been a big disappointment on my part as I didn’t do my part.

Started out

It started out great in my exercise department

Those were steps I walked. Yes, granted it isn’t like the 20,000 steps some people get, but hey in it is a beginning right. That is all that matters.  But that is where it stopped. Just so much to do and so little time to do things right.

Food

It didn’t start out that great, I was on vacation and that means that we aren’t eating that great.  I ate out at the following places:

  • Brad’s
    • Hamburger
  • Raising Cane’s
    • Chicken Strips
  • BYU Concessions
    • Had a cougar tail
    • Ice cream
  • Pizza
  • Scrambled
    • Breakfast foods
  • Crepes
  • Allegiant
    • Football foods
  • Cocolini Showcase
    • Gelato
  • Mon Ami Gabi
    • Steak
    • Bread

Then it went downhill from there on food. I do need to eat better and that is my goal.

Weight

My weight did go down these past 2 weeks not to where I would have liked it, but it is coming down from last week. I am continuing to work on it. I know this wasn’t going to be easy.
