The question that is on my mind is what in the hell is going on? I know it is kind of a struggle in life.
I ate pretty well while in DC, I mean that in a healthy way. I had the following:
- Wednesday night
- Grilled Chicken
- Big Mac
- Ruth Chris Steak House
- Mexican Food
I ate pretty well and I walked over 111,000 steps. If you think it is 2,500 steps is a mile, then this is about 44 miles.

I got up and walked over 2 miles and then mowed the lawn, that was about 2 hours out of my day. I then worked in the garage a bit. So what is going on?
That tops off a good week of eating and active moving. But during this week I gained 5 pounds and got back up to 300 LBS. But as of Saturday morning, I was at 295.
I just wish I knew what the hell is going on.
